Shipping Methods:

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Please allow additional time for order processing during peak periods or holidays.

 

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, weight of the package, and the chosen shipping method. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

 

Delivery Time:

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the U.S.

 

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through the carrier's website.

 

Shipping Restrictions:

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

 

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.

RETURNS POLICY

At THAUY, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your fragrance, we offer the following return and refund policy:

 

Eligibility for Returns:

 

Unopened Items: Fragrances must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them. Only unopened bottles are eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety concerns.

 

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the purchase date. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

 

Proof of Purchase: Please include your receipt or proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email) when requesting a return.

 

Non-Returnable Items: 

Opened or used fragrances: Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If your fragrance arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We may request a photo of the damaged product. In such cases, we will either replace the item or offer a full refund.

 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 - 10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for a defective product, send us an email at info@thauy.com

 

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75.
